Small Wonders 3D provides 3D printed products, including custom and made-to-order items. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or have permission from a guardian.
2. Products & Services
All items are made using resin 3D printing. Due to the nature of the process, minor imperfections may occur. Product images are for reference only; final results may vary slightly.
Custom orders are produced based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details (size, file quality, etc.) are correct before approval.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment must be completed before production begins.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and other supported payment methods.
4. Production & Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on complexity, size, and order volume. Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping
We ship within Canada and may offer international shipping. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Small Wonders 3D is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:
All sales are final for custom orders
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 3 days if unused and in original condition
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the right to use any files submitted for custom printing. Small Wonders 3D is not responsible for copyright or licensing violations.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.
8. Use of Products
Our products are intended for display, collection, or hobby use. They are not toys and may contain small parts. Keep away from children.
9. Limitation of Liability
Small Wonders 3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
10. Changes to Terms
