Small Wonders 3D ("Small Wonders 3D," "we," "us," or "our") is a Canadian small business offering physical 3D-printed collectibles, models, display pieces, and related products through smallwonders3d.ca.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Our Products

Our products are physical 3D-printed items produced in resin and may be offered painted, unpainted, assembled, partially assembled, or in multiple pieces depending on the product.

Many products are made or finished individually rather than mass-produced. Small variations may therefore occur between the product shown online and the item you receive.

These variations may include minor differences in colour, shading, surface finish, assembly, positioning, or other characteristics inherent to 3D printing and hand-finishing.

Such reasonable variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not necessarily defects.

Handmade and Hand-Painted Products

Painted products are finished by hand. Photographs on our website represent the style and expected quality of our work but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every brushstroke, colour transition, highlight, shadow, or other hand-painted detail will be identical.

Each hand-painted piece is individually finished and may therefore be unique.

Colours may also appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, and display calibration.

Product Images and Digital Renders

Some product listings may contain photographs of completed physical products, digital renders supplied by the original sculptor or designer, or both.

Digital renders are intended to illustrate the design of the model and may not perfectly represent the appearance, colour, texture, assembly, or finish of the final physical product.

Where a painted example is shown, the listing will indicate the options available for purchase.

Intellectual Property and Licensed Designs

Small Wonders 3D produces certain models under commercial or merchant licences obtained from independent sculptors and creators.

The underlying digital sculptures, characters, artwork, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing a physical product from Small Wonders 3D does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital model, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

Small Wonders 3D does not sell, distribute, transfer, or provide STL files or other digital source files through the purchase of a physical model.

Where appropriate, creator attribution is provided on product listings.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Small Wonders 3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of third-party characters, franchises, games, films, television properties, or other intellectual property depicted in fan-inspired works.

Pricing and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on smallwonders3d.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where required, are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical, or administrative error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

If the order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, you will be given the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund.

We do not intentionally add hidden mandatory fees to advertised prices.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation, subject to product availability and these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production problems, licensing restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the requested product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and the cancellation is not caused by a customer breach of these Terms, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information, shipping address, product selection, scale, finish, quantity, and other options before completing checkout.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Small Wonders 3D products are produced or finished after an order is placed.

Production times displayed on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Production may include print preparation, resin printing, washing, curing, support removal, cleanup, assembly preparation, painting, finishing, sealing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Painted products generally require additional production time because they are finished individually by hand.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant unexpected production delays.

Custom Orders

Custom-order requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically accepted.

A request may be declined because of licensing restrictions, technical limitations, model availability, printability, size, production capacity, or other practical considerations.

Submitting the Custom Order form does not create a purchase obligation.

Where a custom request is accepted, we will provide applicable pricing and project details before production begins.

Once a customer approves a customized or commissioned product and production has begun, cancellation or modification may be restricted because materials, printing time, or painting work may already have been committed, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, customs processing, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Where tracking is included, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Orders

Customers ordering outside Canada are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Small Wonders 3D.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays outside our control.

Damage During Shipping

We carefully package our products for shipment, but 3D-printed collectibles can contain delicate components.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, replacement of the affected product, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.

Customers should retain the original packaging while a shipping-damage claim is being reviewed.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Because many of our products are made-to-order, hand-painted, or otherwise prepared specifically for an order, eligibility for cancellation, return, or exchange may depend on the product and its production status.

We may not be able to accept discretionary returns or cancellations of customized or personalized products once production has begun.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us so that we can review the situation.

Resin Product Care and Safety

Our resin collectibles are intended primarily as decorative display pieces.

Unless specifically identified otherwise, they are not toys and are not intended for rough handling.

Small or delicate components may break if dropped, bent, crushed, or handled improperly.

Products should be kept away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and other conditions that may damage resin, paint, adhesives, or protective finishes.

Customers are responsible for using and displaying products appropriately.

Website Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, measurements, and other website information are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

We may correct errors, update information, modify listings, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms permits Small Wonders 3D to make materially false or misleading representations about its products.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, coupon codes, discounts, and sales may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We may modify or end promotions as permitted by law.

Any advertised comparison or regular price is intended to reflect a genuine selling or offering price rather than an artificially inflated price created solely to advertise a discount.
